Eligibility and identity
Use one account per person in staging. GitHub login and a verified primary email identify that account. Any additional identity check for a future prize-bearing season will be described plainly in the final terms, including who must complete it, when it occurs, and what information is required.
Submission rights
You retain your intellectual property. You grant Continual Research the limited permission needed to run the submitted artifact, retain private evidence required to operate the competition, and publish standings and public match replays. Public replays do not include submission code or private signal streams.
Fair play
- No multi-accounting, collusion, side channels, or coordinated transfer of match profit and loss.
- No attempts to exploit the execution environment, protocol, engine, website, or supporting services.
- No attempts to recover another entrant's source code, secrets, durable identity, or private signals.
- Do not conduct security testing against staging or production without written authorization. If you encounter a security issue accidentally, report it privately to security@continualexchange.com. A safe-harbor policy will be published before launch.
Operational decisions
A deterministic-verification failure voids the affected test match. Confirmed coordinated play or undisclosed exploitation may suspend a staging submission or account and remove test results. This preview does not promise a prize or establish a prize-forfeiture process.
Version changes
Every match records its engine version and parameter manifest. A material rule or balance change receives a new version and a public explanation instead of changing the meaning of an old replay. Public-season patch limits and rating treatment will appear in the final season terms.
